Housing Applications Officer – fixed term 12 months
Our Housing Applications Officer will help those of our customers who find it difficult to fill in forms, because they are not comfortable with computers, do not have English as a first language or have other barriers to completing paper work. The job offers flexible working and will require a combination of attendance at our customer service centre in Coalville and may involve carrying out home visits so you will need a full UK driving license, however we can also support home working for part of the time. The role is part time and the working pattern is open to negotiation. We pride ourselves on providing a quality and customer sensitive service and your previous customer experience will ensure we achieve this.
- 18 hrs per week with a starting annual salary at £12,703 pro rata (band £25,583 to £25,989 FTE)
