We are looking for a skilled and motivated Building Surveyor to join our Responsive Repairs, Voids and Minor Works Team and play a key role in maintaining and improving our housing stock. This role goes beyond traditional surveying. You’ll combine strong technical expertise with a customer focused approach, working closely with tenants, leaseholders, contractors, and colleagues to ensure our homes are safe, compliant, energy efficient, and places people are proud to live in.
Full UK driving licence and ability to travel across the district.
