Asset Team Leader
External
The Asset Management Team is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the delivery of our planned and cyclical home improvement programmes, ensuring they meet the standards set by the Regulator of Social Housing. The council manages approximately 4,100 tenanted homes across the district. The successful candidate will hold an HND in Construction or an equivalent Level 5 qualification, and ideally possess additional certifications such as NEBOSH and CITB Health and Safety for Managers. You will need strong contract management capabilities and recent experience in a comparable role. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, along with proven experience in leading and supporting a busy team and developing effective capital work programmes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of planned and cyclical home improvement programmes, ensuring they meet standards set by the Regulator of Social Housing.

Qualifications
