North & West Kent Citizens Advice and Kent Law Centre is seeking an experienced Immigration Solicitor or Barrister to join our specialist immigration team. You will provide high-quality immigration advice, casework and representation to clients across Kent, including complex and urgent matters.
This permanent role offers flexible working—remote within the UK or hybrid from any of our offices—and opportunities to develop practice in legal aid, appeals, and judicial review, while supporting junior staff.
