About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our growing team in Stockport.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 2 years experience working within residential conveyancing who is looking to develop their career within a busy, supportive and professional environment.
You will work alongside experienced conveyancing professionals, assisting with residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. The successful candidate will be organised, confident communicating with clients and third parties, and comfortable managing a busy workload.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
- Preparing and reviewing conveyancing documentation
- Ordering and reviewing property searches
- Dealing with enquiries and assisting with responses
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, lenders and other parties
