Job Title: Lead Innovation Consultant

The trust is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and highly organized clinician to join our Innovation and Development team as a Lead Innovation Consultant.

Position Details:

• Full-time role focused on designing and delivering our innovation pipeline and related workstreams.
• Primary focus on strengthening innovation partnerships with NHS organizations, academia, and the commercial sector.

Candidate Profile:

• Combines knowledge, digital interests, and innovation skills to guide current and emerging ventures.
• Possesses excellent communication and engagement skills.
• Passionate about digitalization and improvement, especially in solving basic needs and delivering large, complex operational and strategic programs.

The successful candidate will join a small team comprising designers, solution developers, technical architects, and evaluation experts to deliver digital and clinical innovation across the trust and the wider NHS network.
