As our
Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager - Major Giving , you'll build and manage a portfolio of major donors and high-net-worth individuals, securing significant gifts that directly support our life-saving service, clinical developments and future ambitions.
What you'll do
- Develop and grow a portfolio of major donors and high-net-worth individuals.
- Identify, cultivate and secure significant funding opportunities.
- Write compelling proposals, applications and donor reports.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with supporters and stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively across the charity to create inspiring cases for support.
- Manage your fundraising pipeline, monitor performance and maintain accurate CRM records.
About you
We're looking for someone with
- Proven experience in major giving or high-value fundraising.
- A track record of securing five-figure gifts and developing prospects towards six-figure giving.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Strong proposal writing and storytelling ability.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience using CRM systems and working collaboratively across teams.
Experience within the charity or healthcare sector is desirable but not essential.
