From skydives and cycling challenges to marathons and extreme runs, our fundraising events bring people together, inspire incredible achievements and help raise vital funds to support our lifesaving work.

What will you be doing?
As our Events Fundraising Officer, you'll play an important role in supporting the planning, promotion and delivery of our exciting fundraising events and challenges.
You'll be helping to create memorable experiences for our supporters, encouraging people to take on new challenges and ensuring they feel valued and supported every step of the way.
Your role will include:
- Supporting the organisation and delivery of a wide range of fundraising events and challenges.
- Recruiting, engaging and inspiring participants, providing fantastic supporter experiences from sign-up to finish line.
- Helping to grow our community of runners, fundraisers and challenge enthusiasts.
- Working alongside our Marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials.
- Building relationships with supporters and encouraging them to get involved in future fundraising opportunities.
- Providing essential administrative and organisational support to ensure our events run smoothly.
- Representing North West Air Ambulance Charity and helping to raise awareness of our lifesaving work.
What are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for people!
You'll be a natural communicator who enjoys building relationships, can juggle multiple priorities and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Experience in a customer service, administrative or operational role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail.
- Confidence managing multiple tasks and working to deadlines.
- A positive, flexible and proactive approach.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- A genuine passion for supporting our charity and the communities we serve.
Experience in fundraising or events would be fantastic, but it's not essential. We're equally interested in your enthusiasm, transferable skills and willingness to learn!
