Join to apply for the Data Analyst role at North Warwickshire Borough Council. We are looking for someone who has experience interpreting complex data and information to join the Transformation Team working in the Corporate Services Division.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Interpreting complex data and delivering insights to support decision‑making.
  • Creating dashboards and visualised reports using Power BI or equivalent data visualisation products.
  • Maintaining and updating Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Teams) to ensure data accuracy.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams) and Power BI (or equivalent).
  • Strong self‑motivation, initiative, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical ability.

Employment Details

  • Salary: £31,537 – £33,699 per annum
  • Hours: 37 hours per week
  • Contract: Fixed‑term, up to 3 years
  • Employment type: Full‑time
