Following a period of successful stabilisation, the school is now well placed to take the next step in its journey towards becoming one of the highest‑performing schools in Norfolk. We are now seeking an exceptional leader to build on these strong foundations and lead the school into its next phase of excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced Headteacher or an ambitious senior leader ready for Headship. The successful candidate will combine strategic clarity with strong moral purpose, driving continued improvement in outcomes while sustaining a culture where staff and pupils thrive. The school is also excited to share the opening of an ASD SRB in January 2027.
