The aim of this volunteer role is to staff the Community Shop, working on the till, interacting with customers, sorting donations, or collecting donations from around the town. If you enjoy meeting people and raising funds for local projects, and would like to become a member of this very friendly team, then this role may be for you.

Volunteers would work specific shifts and must be available on those days. If you are unable to make it on a certain day, it is expected that you let the volunteer coordinator know so that other arrangements can be made.

Time commitment: The shop is open from 9 until 2, Monday to Saturday. Volunteering hours are flexible and would mostly consist of morning or early afternoon shifts as arranged.

About the organisation: North Walsham Community Shop is a registered charity (1178958) that raises funds to support local projects and events. There are two shops: the Community Clothes Shop and the main Community Shop for everything else.
