Job Description

Hours: Part-time (flexible)

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

About North Wall

North Wall is a modern, independent estate agency built on trust, professionalism, and genuine relationships. We’re proud of our reputation for high standards, straight-talking advice, and a calm, confident approach. Our team is growing - and we’re looking for someone who shares our values to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

About the Role

We’re looking for a calm, capable organiser - someone who keeps the office, team, and systems working seamlessly. This is a hands-on, varied role covering office admin, HR, compliance, CRM oversight, PA duties, and sales progression.

You’ll be the person who spots what’s missing, follows up before it becomes a problem, and keeps everyone (politely) in line.

If you’ve worked in estate agency, conveyancing, lettings, or an office management role, you’ll know exactly what we mean.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage day-to-day office and HR admin - holidays, sickness, RTWs, and records.
  • Keep our CRM and reporting accurate - auditing data, chasing notes, and producing reports.
  • Oversee compliance processes to ensure everything’s done properly.
  • Progress property sales - liaising with solicitors, clients, and agents to keep deals moving.
  • Support the Managing Director with diary management, travel, and key admin.
  • Maintain the calm, professional rhythm that keeps the business on track.

What You’ll Bring
  • Solid experience in property, office management, or administration.
  • A detail-driven, organised approach.
  • Warmth, professionalism, and the confidence to hold people accountable.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort using CRMs, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Pride in doing things right - and keeping others to the same standard.

  • This is a part-time role with flexibility for the right person - ideal for an experienced professional who wants to stay in the property world without the pace or pressure of full-time agency life.

If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
