Key Responsibilities
- You will manage and pro‑actively develop quality operational support functions (business and administrative) to ensure SWP’s operational and management teams receive the support they need to deliver a first‑class service to the communities of South Wales.
- Act as the link between strategy and implementation and be the driver of organisational change within the business support environment, within your BCU or department.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience of managing staff, budgets and business processes.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Excellent organisational skills.
The successful candidate must be willing to undergo MV/SC Vetting.
