We are looking for a Fleet Technician to join the Fleet Services Department. The position can be based in Newtown or Aberystwyth, with occasional travel to Newtown.

What you will be doing?

  • To service, repair, diagnose, and commission fleet vehicles efficiently and on time, supporting operational policing and departmental requirements.
  • Service and repair Force vehicles to meet MOT and Dyfed Powys Police standards.
  • Fabricate and repair vehicles and install specialist electronic equipment to meet operational requirements.
  • Commission and decommission vehicles to maintain fleet standards.
