Human Resources Support Officer (Attendance and Performance Management) Responsibilities:
- Support the effective attendance and performance management of staff, ensuring cases are managed in line with organisational objectives, legislation and force policy.
- Assist line managers with people‑related issues, including but not limited to attendance and performance, Regulation 12/13, reasonable adjustments, sick pay, recuperative duties, ill health retirement and limited duties.
- Maintain accurate record keeping within relevant force systems, ensuring information is retained and available in compliance with data protection requirements.
- Support the preparation of documentation for formal processes, including liaising with HR Officers and Occupational Health.
