About the Role

You will lead on developing and delivering our Wellbeing Strategy and Action Plan, ensuring that officers and staff are supported to thrive—both physically and mentally—within a challenging but rewarding environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the delivery of the Force wellbeing strategy and initiatives.
- Coordinate and oversee wellbeing campaigns across the organisation.
- Work closely with the Head of Occupational Health, Safety and Wellbeing to align local activity with national priorities.
- Manage wellbeing-related projects from concept through to implementation.
- Provide expert, independent advice on wellbeing matters.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the wellbeing agenda.
- Supervise a Mental Health and Wellbeing Support Officer.
Essential Requirements
- Degree in a health, wellbeing, or related subject.
- Experience in employee engagement and developing wellbeing strategies.
- Strong understanding of workplace wellbeing (e.g., mental health, resilience, stress management).
Experience Required
- Analysing and presenting data.
- Delivering training and workshops.
- Coordinating wellbeing initiatives and campaigns.
- Influencing and advising senior leaders.
- Presenting to large audiences.
- Using Microsoft Office effectively.
