Location: Agile – Bangor/Home
Type: Full Time, Permanent, Supported Housing
Hours: 35 hours per week – Monday and Friday

We are looking for a Resettlement & Outreach Officer to deliver high-quality, person-centred, and trauma-informed housing support services to individuals facing homelessness.

As part of our Outreach and Resettlement Service, you will be responsible for interacting with street homeless people and rough sleepers, helping them transition into permanent accommodation, improve their physical and mental health, and engage in positive economic activity.

At North Wales Housing we are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of service users. You must be willing for an Enhanced DBS disclosure to be undertaken by our organisation.
