We are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join our Finance Team here at North Wales Housing. This key role supports strong financial control, informed decision-making and long-term business planning across the organisation.

Responsibilities
- You will produce monthly management accounts, support budgeting and forecasting, and work closely with senior leaders and budget holders.
- The role has a specialist focus on Treasury Management, Business Planning and Development Appraisals, with training provided to build resilience across the wider team.
Requirements
- Experience producing management accounts
- Strong knowledge of Treasury Management and cashflow forecasting
- Experience of long‑term financial planning and development appraisals
- A relevant degree and/or part‑qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA)
