About the Role
North Wales Housing is recruiting for a Temporary Admin Support to support an important resident data profiling project. The role will sit within our Customer Services and Neighbourhoods teams and involve direct contact with residents, helping us improve our services and better understand our communities. We are looking for friendly, professional individuals who put customers at the heart of everything they do.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact residents (by phone and other channels) to complete data profiling questionnaires.
- Accurate data entry and record keeping.
- Support the coordination of resident visits.
- Assist with customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat.
- Provide general administrative support to Customer Services and Neighbourhood teams.
Essential Requirements
- Experience speaking with people in a professional or customer‑focused setting.
- Experience of office‑based tasks such as data entry and use of IT systems.
- Strong communication skills, particularly by phone.
- Good understanding of customer service and data protection (GDPR).
- Confidence using basic IT systems (email, Word, Excel).
- Welsh language skills are essential – ability to hold everyday work‑related conversations in Welsh (Level 3 or above).
- Willingness to undertake a Basic DBS check.
