Are you an experienced Painter & Decorator who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service? Do you enjoy variety in your day and want to make a real difference to people’s homes and communities?
Reporting to the Repairs Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving North Wales Housing properties across North Wales. You’ll be responsible for decorating properties to a high standard, helping prepare homes for new tenants, undertaking cleaning and clearance work where required, and supporting other trade colleagues as part of a responsive and customer-focused repairs service.
