The Opportunity: North Wales Golf are seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial, and highly motivated PGA Golf Professional to take over as our Exclusive Teaching Professional. This is a premium business opportunity with highly flexible overheads. You will have exclusive coaching rights across our entire facility, meaning you will face no internal competition for lessons. To set you up for immediate success, you will have full access to our premium, club-owned TrackMan 4 Indoor Swing Studio and driving range for your business. The facility fee is a flat £400 per month, allowing you to keep 100% of your private coaching profits. To support your business setup, this fee can be entirely paid off or reduced by covering scheduled hours in our club pro shop. This offers a fantastic, zero-cost overhead option while allowing you to integrate with our members immediately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Player Development: Deliver high-quality private instruction to members and visitors utilising the golf course, range, and TrackMan 4 studio.
  • Grow the Game: Design, market, and run our flagship Junior Academies and Beginner/Ladies' Introduction Sessions to build a pipeline for future club membership.
  • Club Integration: Cover designated pro shop hours to offset your facility fee, assisting members and acting as a key face of the club.
  • Asset Management: Maintain the indoor swing studio to an immaculate, professional standard during your bookings.

Candidate Requirements

  • PGA Class A Status (or equivalent international qualification).
  • Proven Track Record in golf instruction, player development, and modern launch monitor technology (TrackMan experience preferred).
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and digital marketing skills to grow your client base.
  • Up-to-date Safeguarding and Protecting Children certification.
  • Valid DBS Check and independent Public Liability Insurance.
