North Wales Fire and Rescue Service is seeking an experienced Estate and Facilities Lead to manage a diverse portfolio of buildings and worksites across North Wales. You will help establish a new in-house Estate and Facilities Management function after the SLA with North Wales Police ends in March 2027.
You will provide strategic leadership, build a high-performing team, ensure buildings are safe, compliant and fit for purpose, and drive improvements across the portfolio.
