The home requires a full time (37 hours per week) Residential Child Care Officer to offer support to the young person working a variety of shift patterns including waking night shifts and weekends.
The home caters for young people with disabilities and complex health and medical needs.
The home provides support to young people through building positive relationships, providing a nurturing environment, whilst dealing with complex issues and supporting the young person to have positive outcomes and achievements to reach their full potential.
