You will play an important part in shaping how performance information is captured, analysed and communicated across the organisation.
The Data and Insights Team is a central, corporate function that works across all directorates within the Authority. As a Performance Analyst, you will:
- Analyse performance data, develop clear and meaningful insights, produce high-quality reports and dashboards, and present your findings to varied audiences including senior leaders.
- Communicate complex information in a way that is accessible, actionable and aligned to corporate priorities.
- Lead on the development of strategic and operational performance reports, applying appropriate analytical and statistical techniques such as time-series analysis, control charts, confidence intervals, and other methods that help to understand trends and performance variation.

- Support external inspections, peer reviews and audit processes by providing high-quality evidence and analysis.
We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical capability, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to challenge constructively.
