Responsibilities:

  • Repair, service and install gas related works.
  • Carry out a range of repairs and maintenance activity in customers' homes throughout the borough.
  • Provide excellent customer care, take pride in work, and deliver high quality work with a focus on completing jobs right the first time.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Relevant gas qualifications and experience.
  • Good understanding of working within social housing in a local authority, and experience of working in tenanted homes.
  • Full driving licence; a van will be provided.
  • Availability to attend homes anywhere in the borough.
