The successful candidate will become part of a committed team of skilled trades personnel who carry out a range of repairs and maintenance activity in customers\\\’ homes throughout the borough. You will be required to have excellent customer care skills, take pride in your work, and consistently deliver high quality work with a focus on completing jobs right first time.
You will be required to have the relevant qualifications and experience and ideally possess a good understanding of working within social housing in a local authority with some experience of working in tenanted homes.
To fulfil this role, you will be required to attend homes anywhere in the borough and be provided with access to a van to carry out the role therefore a full driving licence is required.
