The predicted salary is between 24000 - 28000 £ per year.
Responsibilities include:
- Word processing and production of reports, taking minutes at meetings, and producing draft and final documents following the meeting.
- Input and extraction of information from computerised client databases such as LAS, LCS, EMS, EHM, SIMS, System One, Sky Response, and any future systems that might be introduced.
- Delivering a telephone answering/switchboard service to other services across Adult Social Care and dealing with queries from a range of professionals and customers, both internal and external.
- General clerical and administrative tasks as necessary, e.g. dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, photocopying, stock control and reordering, petty cash, arranging bulk printing, and arranging meetings.
- Assisting with GDPR compliance and maintaining confidentiality.
- Support with queries regarding Reablement, Community Response Team, and Care Call areas of the service within Adult Social Care.
- Any other duties commensurate with the grading of this post.
- Contributing to service development and improvement, working flexibly across different areas of Adult Social Care to meet changing needs.
