North Tyneside Carers is recruiting for a full-time Employability Support Worker to provide one-to-one, strengths-based guidance to unpaid carers across the North East. You will assess needs, develop tailored action plans and deliver practical interventions to progress into work.
The role requires knowledge of local labour markets, effective communication and the ability to travel across the North East region. Fixed-term funding extends to 31 March 2027.
