North Tyneside Carers' Centre is seeking a compassionate Carers Wellbeing Worker to support unpaid carers in North Tyneside.
You will provide one-to-one support, information and advocacy to help carers maintain wellbeing and navigate health and social care systems.
The role involves managing a caseload, completing wellbeing assessments, developing support plans and working with partners across health and voluntary sectors to deliver activities and peer support opportunities.
