Job responsibilities

  • Responsible for provision of Specialist Clinical Pharmacy Services to patients.
  • To have a commitment to dispensaries and to deliver the highest possible professional standards there in.
  • Completing a rotational training plan experiencing all major clinical areas within the Trust.

Person Specification

Experience

  • Experience with the Cerner prescribing system
  • Paediatric experience

In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of Registration with the relevant Registration Body if applicable.

Qualifications

  • Member of General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Diploma/MSc in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent
  • Prescribing Qualification
