Overview
The post holder will be responsible for the in-depth preparation, maintenance and review of the complex medical staffing rotas across Healthy Lives admin (Women & Children and Paediatric services) to ensure that service delivery is optimised and to ensure that all clinical sessions are fully utilised with the most appropriate staffing which ensures cost effectiveness and spend remains within budget, reporting issues of concern to the Senior Management Team and assisting in provision of a resolution.
The post holder will be responsible for the educational administration of all Women & Children\\\βs and Paediatrics trainee medical staff and day to day operational management of the medical rota making for the care group. Manage and monitor the hours worked by and the appropriate supervision of medical trainees to ensure compliance with the European Working Time Directive, compliance with job plans and correct payment of clinical sessions / overtime by overseeing weekly duty rotas and on-call rotas, reporting issues to the General Manager and Clinical Director.
The post holder will be responsible for providing an efficient, effective and comprehensive administrative key staff within Women & Children\\\βs and Paediatrics.
