North Street Medical Care in Romford is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse with General Practice experience to join across all sites. The role is to deliver high-quality nursing care within a supportive multidisciplinary team and contribute to excellent patient outcomes.
You will perform cervical screening, childhood immunisations and chronic disease management, undertake home visits, health promotion, and participate in extended hours clinics as required.
