Temporary (until March 2026), Part Time (17.5 hours per week). We are looking for someone with experience of the welfare benefits system and managing caseloads. You will be responsible for the provision of welfare benefits advice for Economically Inactive people who are not currently in employment through the Tees Valley Move On employment project.
The post is part of a partnership project with other members of the Housing Employability Network North East (HENNE) and will ensure participants are engaging with the welfare benefits system. The Move On Employability Service provides support to people who are not currently in employment, education, or training.
You will actively engage and recruit economically inactive people to the Employability Programs, providing the best possible support to people who access the service. You will have an exceptional approach to collaboration and commitment to partnership working. You will have a strong sense of social purpose and be committed to making a difference.
