Overview
Part-Time Young Person’s Accommodation Workers (x2) – Stockton-on-Tees
Salary: £25,049 – £26,552 per annum (pro-rata) | Hourly Rate: £13.76 – £14.58
Hours: 21 hours per week (predominantly evenings & weekends)
Contract: Temporary until September 2026 (with possible extension, subject to funding)
We are recruiting two compassionate, motivated individuals to join our well-established teams as Part-Time Accommodation Workers. This is an exciting opportunity to support young people in developing the skills they need to live independently and thrive.

You’re someone who genuinely cares about helping others and wants to make a real, lasting difference. This isn’t a typical 9-to-5 role; flexibility is key. You’ll work across a varied rota that includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, supporting young people when they need it most.

About the Services
Parkfield Hall (OFSTED Regulated) – Supports young people aged in a scheme-based setting with 10 self-contained flats and a crash pad. The focus is on helping them gain essential life skills and transition to independent living.
Norton Road (Non-Regulated) – Supports young adults aged 18+, providing tailored, person-centred support in a non-regulated setting to help them move into their own homes successfully.
