The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
The Company currently has vacancies for Deckhands in its ERRV/MRV fleet.
Start Date: 11th August. Permanent contract. 4 weeks on/off rotation.
Suitable candidates are required to have a minimum of 6 months relevant sea time and have previously worked as a Deckhand, preferably on an ERRV vessel.

Deckhand Responsibilities
The execution of duties as designated by the watchkeeping rota. The Deckhand is responsible to the Watchkeeping Officer on Watch for any/all duties.
- Responsible to the Coxswain when engaged as a Rescue Craft crew member.
- Familiar with the use of Breathing Apparatus and possess basic Fire Fighting Skills.
- Part of the vessel\’s onboard Emergency Response team and Rescue Craft team where applicable.
- Monitoring safe working practices of shore contractors during maintenance periods.
- Promoting and progressing the company\’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Policy.
- Encouraging inter-departmental communication.

- STCW Personal Survival Techniques (A-VI/1-1)
- STCW Fire Fighting and Fire Prevention (A-VI/1-2)
- STCW Elementary First Aid (A-VI/1-3)
- STCW Personal Safety and Social Responsibility (A-VI/1-4)
- Seafarers medical.
