In this role, you will lead a small team that looks after safety and legal compliance in the key areas of Gas, Electrical, Fire, Asbestos, Water, and Lifts, as well as issues related to Damp, Mould, and Condensation.

Your role is important in making sure the organisation follows all statutory and regulatory compliance within North Star’s housing portfolio, ensuring that properties and services meet health and safety standards, legal requirements and good working practices.

You will work closely with people inside the organisation and with outside contractors to check how well things are working, fix any problems, and deal with new risks early.

You will be qualified to NEBOSH level and bring a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to identifying and resolving compliance challenges.
