JOB TITLE: Office Administrator

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To provide administrative support across the Company
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
Reporting to the Executive Assistant to CEO and CFO, with indirect reports to Department Heads on Administration tasks assigned.
KEY WORK AREAS
- Prepare meeting rooms with refreshments and stationery
- Maintain stock of stationery for building
- Maintain stock of refreshments, tea, coffee, water etc.
- Managing company correspondence i.e. incoming and outgoing mail.
- Organise meetings, and oversee catering as required.
- Responsible for arrangement of Executive team and non-exec travel.
- Administration support to the Executive Assistant as required
- Provide C-Suite support as and when required
- Point of contact for Facilities and cleaning matters
COMMUNICATIONS
Daily communication with Executive Assistant to CEO and CFO and with relevant departments
QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING
- Computer Literate – Microsoft Packages i.e. word, excel, outlook
- General Administration Experience
