Reporting to the CHRO, you'll play a pivotal role in building the capability, leadership and culture needed to support a growing, ambitious and operationally focused business.

Partnering with senior leaders across our fleet and shore-based operations, you will influence workforce strategy, strengthen organisational performance and ensure our people remain at the heart of every business decision.
