This is a two-month temp assignment (possible extension) working on the Service / Help Desk at an IT firm in Glasgow. Start ASAP.
What you'll do:
- Answer inbound calls from internal and external clients
- Route calls through to the right engineer or technical specialist
- Raise tickets on the system
- Escalate urgent tickets
- Keep clients informed on progress of their ticket or query
- Manage email inboxes
Some Help or Service Desk or IT / ICT experience is ideal, but you'll be offered training and support from day one. As important is a logical, calm and diplomatic manner, and a customer-centric approach to your work. You must have the right to work in the UK, be able to provide references and be able to work onsite in Glasgow 5 days per week.
