Business & PMO Analyst Full Time Position | Hybrid Working £35,000 – £43,000 depending on experience

Our work spans Operational excellence, PMO as a Service, project and programme delivery, supply chain improvement, and project management training - supporting clients including Honeywell, Barbour, Network Rail and the Wellcome Sanger Institute.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly organised, commercially aware and proactive Business & PMO Analyst to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both Business Analysis and PMO disciplines - someone equally comfortable supporting governance and delivery as they are engaging stakeholders, gathering requirements, and helping drive transformation initiatives forward.
If you enjoy bringing structure to complexity, great with numbers, spotting the story behind the data, and supporting meaningful business change, this could be a fantastic opportunity.
- Business analysis (data focused) and requirements gathering
- Transformation and operational improvement initiatives
- PMO governance and reporting
- Project coordination and delivery support
- Programme tracking, RAID management and reporting
Has experience within BA, PMO and/or project delivery environments.
