We’re hiring for a full-time Business & PMO Analyst position with hybrid working options. The salary ranges from £35,000 to £43,000 depending on experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both Business Analysis and PMO disciplines - someone equally comfortable supporting governance and delivery as they are engaging stakeholders, gathering requirements, and helping drive transformation initiatives forward.
You’ll be involved in:
- Business analysis (data focused) and requirements gathering
- Transformation and operational improvement initiatives
- PMO governance and reporting
- Project coordination and delivery support
- Stakeholder workshops and client engagement
- Programme tracking, RAID management and reporting
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience within BA, PMO and/or project delivery environments
- Is highly organised and detail-oriented
- Has a strong analytical mindset and enjoys finding the meaning behind the numbers
