As a Product Manager – Casino, you will shape the future of our casino product portfolio and support the growth of our affiliate business globally. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will define, prioritise, and deliver features that enhance user experience, drive SEO performance, and increase the value of our casino affiliate properties. This role operates at the crossroads of Product, Tech, SEO, and Content. You will collaborate daily with multiple teams to manage the roadmap, optimise funnels, run experiments, and ensure we deliver high‐value features that directly impact growth.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business objectives and BU requirements into clear user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Own and maintain a structured, prioritised product backlog aligned with strategic goals.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of the roadmap, balancing short‐term opportunities and long‐term vision.
  • Prioritise effectively across competing needs: business impact, technical feasibility, UX, and regulatory constraints.
  • Coordinate delivery across Tech, QA, and Design teams to ensure high‐quality, on‐time releases.
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies: planning, daily stand‐ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor development progress, anticipate blockers, and propose solutions or trade‐offs.
  • Manage smooth handovers to SEO, Content, Monetisation, and other operational teams.
  • Ensure that new features meet quality standards and deliver measurable user or business value.
  • Work closely with QA on testing, validation, and issue reporting.
  • Analyse user and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Promote a data‐driven, user‐centric approach throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Act as primary point of contact for product‐related topics between BU stakeholders and Tech.
  • Coordinate issue and bug reporting from operational teams and ensure clear documentation and prioritisation.
  • Provide business context to technical teams and help them understand the impact of each feature or fix.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and upcoming developments to the Head of Product and relevant BU leaders.
  • Maintain transparency through clear documentation and alignment across Product, Tech, and Business teams.
  • Collaborate with SEO and Content teams to optimise organic performance of casino pages.
  • Analyse traffic, funnels, and user behaviour metrics (CTR, session duration, conversion rate, retention).
  • Run A/B tests to validate hypotheses, optimise key journeys, and improve monetisation.
  • Monitor product KPIs and report insights and opportunities to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong product management capabilities: backlog ownership, user story writing, Agile/Scrum execution, roadmap contribution, and release planning.
  • Deep expertise in the casino & iGaming industry, including casino games, wagering mechanics, providers, payments, KYC/RG, funnels, affiliate monetisation models, and regulated markets.
  • Solid understanding of SEO and content‐led product development: on‐page SEO, Core Web Vitals, SERP intent, internal linking, and structured data.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in funnel analysis, A/B testing, KPI monitoring, and tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, and Clarity.
  • Good grasp of UX and product quality fundamentals: usability concepts, bug triage, regression testing coordination, and acceptance testing.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with developers (WordPress/CMS), understanding technical constraints, feasibility, and effort estimation.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with strong ownership and structured execution.
  • Clear and confident communication across Tech, SEO, Content, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities, balancing urgency, feasibility, and diplomacy.
  • A strategic, ROI‐driven mindset, able to balance quick wins with long‐term scalability.
