About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior Content Manager to support the planning, production, and optimization of content across our digital platforms. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in digital publishing, SEO, and content operations within a fast-paced international environment. Working closely with Content Managers, SEO specialists, Writers, and Editors, you’ll contribute to the execution of editorial projects while developing strong skills in content strategy, performance analysis, and workflow management.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Production & Execution
- Support the creation and management of content according to the editorial calendar.
- Prepare detailed content briefs based on SEO recommendations and topic research.
- Coordinate with Writers and Editors to ensure smooth delivery and publication.
- Review and update content to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Follow internal publishing workflows and editorial standards across different websites and markets.
- SEO & Optimization Support
- Conduct keyword and competitor research with guidance from senior team members.
- Apply SEO best practices (metadata, headers, internal linking, formatting, etc.).
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and share insights with the team.
- Identify opportunities for content updates and optimization improvements.
- Contribute to the regular optimization of existing articles.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with Content Managers, Editors, and SEO specialists to execute editorial plans.
- Communicate proactively on progress, priorities, and blockers.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, reviews, and team discussions.
- Help ensure consistency in tone, structure, and editorial quality across platforms.
- Learning & Development
- Develop hands‑on skills in SEO, editorial strategy, and content performance analysis.
- Learn to manage multiple projects, workflows, and tools efficiently.
- Apply feedback to continuously improve quality, organization, and autonomy.
- Gradually take ownership of smaller projects and website sections under supervision.
