About The Role

We\’re not just looking for a content manager – we\’re looking for a builder.

As Content Lead for Bojoko.com and Bojoko.ca, you will play a central role in turning Bojoko into a global reference for online casino discovery – a platform that combines editorial expertise, smart UX, and player‑first thinking.

You will lead a 10+ person team of writers, editors, and localisation specialists, steering the strategy, quality, and performance of every piece of content.

Reporting directly to the Business Manager, you will also work hand‑in‑hand with the SEO, Product, and Design teams to drive continuous improvement in UX, conversion, and market reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Turn data into action: use insights from GSC, Ahrefs, and Looker Studio to shape content priorities.
• Editorial Leadership & Strategy – Own and execute the editorial roadmap for Bojoko.com and Bojoko.ca, guide the creation of casino reviews, comparison pages, bonus listings, and educational guides, ensure world‑class editorial quality, E‑E‑A‑T standards, and brand consistency.
• SEO & Performance – Partner with SEO leads to build scalable and performance‑driven content frameworks, track and improve organic KPIs: traffic, CTR, rankings, conversions, and engagement, oversee content refresh cycles to maintain competitiveness across markets.
• Product & UX Impact – Collaborate with Product and Design teams to optimise layout, interactivity, and content tools, contribute to feature ideation (filters, bonus widgets, comparison modules, new formats), translate user data and editorial insights into tangible product improvements.
• Team Leadership – Lead and mentor a 10+ person content team across multiple time zones, set clear goals, workflows, and performance metrics aligned with Bojoko’s growth strategy, build a culture of quality, ownership, and curiosity.
• Internationalisation & Localisation – Support Bojoko’s international expansion by adapting content for new markets and languages, coordinate localisation efforts with native writers to ensure cultural and regulatory accuracy, maintain a unified brand voice and user experience across all geographies.

• Reports to: Business Manager – Bojoko.com / Bojoko.ca
• Works closely with: SEO Lead, Product Lead, Design Lead, Account Manager

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years in content management, iGaming, or SEO‑driven publishing.
• Deep understanding of affiliate content, conversion intent, and UX‑led SEO.
• Experience collaborating with Product and Design teams.
• Proven ability to manage and inspire 10+ writers/editors in a remote environment.
• Strong analytical mindset: fluent with GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Looker Studio.
• Genuine passion for the iGaming world – from casino trends to player psychology.
• Excellent communication and editorial skills in English (other languages are a plus).
• Entrepreneurial, curious, and motivated by growth and measurable results.
