Contract: Temporary until September 2026 (with possible extension, subject to funding)

We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Support Worker. The role is initially until September 2026; with an ambition to deliver the service beyond then, subject to funding.

The service provision is a scheme-based service with 12 self-contained flats for young people with an additional Crash pad, alongside 6 self-contained flats for Families. The intention is to support young people to develop independent living skills in a safe comfortable environment enabling them to access services and eventually move on independently. We will support families at risk of homelessness by accommodating them in two bedroomed fully furnished flats whilst supporting them to overcome barriers to rehousing. The accommodation and support is a short-term intervention to move people on into long term homes.

You will be passionate about providing the best possible support service to people who access our service. This is not a nine to five job, and you will be required to work flexibly to meet the demands of the service, this includes the necessity to work across Bank Holidays. You will have a strong sense of social purpose and be committed to making a difference.
