About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated individual to join our established team as a Part‑Time Accommodation Worker. This role supports young people aged 16‑25 in developing the skills needed to live independently and thrive. You will work across a varied rota that includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

About the Service

Parkfield Hall (OFSTED Regulated) supports young people aged 16‑25 in a scheme‑based setting with 10 self‑contained flats and a crash pad, focusing on essential life skills and transition to independent living.
