We are seeking a qualified Accountant from Practice to join a small, vibrant, and growing firm in Perth & Kinross. This is a newly created leadership role within a Founder-led, two-office practice with plans to open a new office later this year.
Location & Working Arrangements:
- Office-based initially; hybrid working available after probation
- Local candidates preferred for ease of commute
- Right to work in the UK required (no sponsorship available)

Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant with significant UK Practice experience (essential)
- Experience in small or mid-tier Practice preferred
- Experience with SMB clients in the Scottish Central Belt & Highlands a plus
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own client portfolio
- Lead, coach, and mentor junior staff, including ACCA studiers
- Support growth in high net worth and IFA client services (advantageous)
