We are seeking a qualified Accountant from Practice to join a small, vibrant, and growing firm in Perth & Kinross. This is a newly created leadership role within a Founder-led, two-office practice with plans to open a new office later this year.

Location & Working Arrangements:

  • Office-based initially; hybrid working available after probation
  • Local candidates preferred for ease of commute
  • Right to work in the UK required (no sponsorship available)

About the Firm:

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant with significant UK Practice experience (essential)
  • Experience in small or mid-tier Practice preferred
  • Experience with SMB clients in the Scottish Central Belt & Highlands a plus
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own client portfolio
  • Lead, coach, and mentor junior staff, including ACCA studiers
  • Support growth in high net worth and IFA client services (advantageous)
