IT Technical Consultant Microsoft Solutions Partner | £40,000 - £50,000 We're looking for a Technical Consultant to join a Consulting MSP firm in the Glasgow area.
This role would suit either a strong 3rd Line Engineer looking to move into a more consultative position, or an experienced IT Consultant seeking a fresh challenge in a hands-on technical environment.
You'll deliver customer projects, provide trusted technical advice, support solution implementations and act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues.
You'll also work closely with service desk engineers, sharing knowledge and helping resolve challenging problems when required.
What you'll be doing Delivering infrastructure, cloud and Microsoft technology projects.
Providing technical consultancy and advice to customers.
