This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Inclusion at our Secondary School located in Enfield. The Head of Inclusion will be responsible for leading and managing programs that promote equality, diversity, and inclusion within the school. Day-to-day tasks will include overseeing the development and implementation of inclusion strategies, managing staff training programs, and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure an inclusive environment. Additionally, the role involves monitoring the progress of inclusion initiatives and fostering an engaging community for both staff and students.
